1. SERVICE AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE
These Service Terms govern all aviation services provided by Jetstocksgroup LLC, including engine and parts trading, sourcing, consulting, and related aerospace services. Engaging our services, submitting requests, or accepting deliveries constitutes agreement to these exclusive terms.
2. FINANCIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment Structure:
- Standard payment terms: Net 30 days from invoice date
- First three orders with a New Customer are Cash in Adcance
- Payment disputes must be submitted within 30 calendar days
- All transactions conducted in U.S. Dollars unless specifically agreed otherwise
- Overdue accounts subject to 2% monthly service charges
- Advance deposits required for certain transactions at Company discretion
Financial Responsibilities: Customer assumes responsibility for banking fees, international transfer costs, and applicable taxes. Company reserves right to modify credit arrangements and may suspend services for past-due accounts.
3. SERVICE ORDERING AND EXECUTION
- Written confirmation required for all aviation service requests
- Services subject to availability and technical feasibility assessment
- Modifications require mutual written agreement
- Specialized engine work non-cancelable once initiated
Documentation Acceptance: By placing orders, Customer agrees to accept parts with documentation as provided by suppliers or manufacturers. 4. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE AND EXPORT CONTROLS
Customer Obligations:

- Obtain necessary export authorizations and compliance documentation
- Maintain current restricted party screening and end-user verification
- Ensure compliance with aviation safety and certification standards
Company provides advisory services only; regulatory compliance responsibility remains with Customer for all international transactions.
5. SERVICE WARRANTIES AND PERFORMANCE STANDARDS
Performance Guarantees:
- New parts and engines: Manufacturer specifications or 30-day guarantee, whichever provides greater protection
- Sourced components: Supplier certification standards or 30-day guarantee, whichever extends longer
- Consulting services: Professional industry standards with 30-day satisfaction guarantee
- Trading transactions: Title verification and documentation accuracy guarantee
As-Is Sale Conditions:
- Parts sold “As-Is” carry no warranty regardless of condition
- Items under $700 automatically sold “As-Is” with no return privilege
- Customer accepts full responsibility for As-Is purchases
- No refunds, exchanges, or performance guarantees on As-Is items
Service Exclusions: Performance guarantees void for improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow recommended maintenance procedures.
